Azerbaijan clients come to visit our factory, welcome!
On September, 2013, Azerbaijan clients come to visit our asphalt plant factory for purchasing Asphalt Mixing Plant.
During this trip, they visit not only our plant factory but also our SAP80 asphalt batching plant which is working on site. Our engineer explains the production process and feature of every parts of our asphalt batching plant in detail. For example, our control panel adopts PC+PLC control with good reliability and bilingual operating surface. The control cabinet adopts SIMENS electrical components. Our drying drum is made of heat-resisting and wear-resisting steel plate which is covered by rock wool insulation layer with stainless steel cladding. Our burner adopts well known ITALY EBICO burner, diesel/bunker oil/ waste oil multi-application burner, which equipped with automatic flame failure protection devices for emergency. The bag of bag house filter adopts USA NOMEX Exclusion Filtering Bags.
Then, we also introduced our continuous asphalt mixing plant for them.
Continuous asphalt mixing plant is our exclusive product which is more advanced than asphalt drum mix plant, and is quite suitable for road maintenance and small road project.
After serious discussion, they said they showed great interest in our SAP80 asphalt batching plant. Then in the discussion process, they gave us their special requirements on the asphalt plant, such as they need gas/oil dual-purpose burner, bag house filter, and 60T/30T mixed material storage silo and so on. And these requirements are all in the range of our ability.
