How to Mobile
It's accordance with ordinary batch asphalt plant working principle. The difference is all asphalt plant components are installed on the mobile trailer chassis, which is convenient to move. Assembly the different trailer together can achieve the same function with ordinary asphalt mixing plant. The chassis is made according to the truck standard, such as EN536, EN60204, EN ISO 12100. Size is suitable for different pavement, such as high-speed road, the city road etc.

Cold aggregate system (mobile)
Four storage bins and feeding belt conveyor are integrated into a chassis.
Single axle load bearing, 4 sets of tyre, semitrailer structure.

Drying drum and burner are in a chassis, semitrailer structure.
Double axle load bearing, 8 sets of tyre.

Dust collection system(Mobile)

--Baghouse dust filter, induced draft fan, pipes integrated into on chassis.
--Double axles, wight tire, has independent support leg under working condition.
--Both the entrance and exit of the baghouse dust filter equipped with temperature testing device, can realized real-time temperature testing of the baghouse dust filter.
--The fan damper was electrical controlled, adjust the damper through computer or manual work according to the wind demand, make the fan and the whole asphalt mixing plant at its best working state.

Mineral powder supply system(mobile)

--Mineral powder bin, mineral powder elevator, mineral powder screw integrated into one chassis.

--Single axle, four sets of tire.

--The mineral powder bin has high-low material level meter, equipped with dust filter on the top of mineral powder bin.

Bitumen supply system(standard configuration is stationary type)

--The bitumen adopts thermal oil heating, convenient to operate, safe and reliable, the bitumen will not aging.

--Thermal oil central heating, more economical and practical.

--Bitumen pipeline adopts double structure, oil heating between the mezzanine.

--Direct thermal bitumen tank is optional.
